West Gulf Agency is a private agency. We offer visa assistance, business setup (Mainland and Free Zone), real estate and property investment services, tourism experiences, car rental and a shop selling products such as Starlink kits and accessories.

We are not a government body. We help you prepare and submit applications to the relevant UAE authorities.

We do not guarantee the approval or issuance of any visa (including all visa types) or any business setup. All decisions, timelines and requirements are set by the Dubai and UAE government authorities and may change without notice. We do not provide refunds if an application is denied by the Dubai government, or for any service.

You must provide true, complete and current information and documents. Applications delayed or refused because of incorrect or missing information are your responsibility and are not refundable.

Prices are charged in UAE Dirhams (AED); prices shown in other currencies are estimates. Payments are processed securely by card. Discount codes are subject to their own conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.

We do not offer refunds for any Visa, Business Setup, Estates, Tourism or Car Rental service purchases, or for any product purchased from the Shop page. Some property investments may be refunded only as provided under UAE law, with every step following the UAE laws governing the resale of the buyer's property. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

All warranty for Starlink products is provided directly by the manufacturer (Starlink). West Gulf Agency does not provide any extra warranty for any product purchased from the website. Warranty claims must be made with the manufacturer.

Property purchases, investments, cancellations and resales are carried out in accordance with UAE law and the rules of the relevant authorities. Investment returns are not guaranteed unless stated in a signed contract.

To the extent permitted by law, West Gulf Agency is not liable for losses caused by government decisions, delays, third-party providers, couriers or manufacturers. Our total liability is limited to the service fee you paid us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page applies to new purchases from the date it is published.
