Coffee Baristas — UAE
UAE specialty coffee shops and hotel F&B teams are hiring baristas on 2-year direct employment contracts. Accommodation, transport and service charge / tips on top of base salary.

Working schedule
9 hours / day · 26 days / month
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, pour-overs and cold beverages to spec
- Operate, clean and calibrate espresso machines and grinders
- Deliver friendly, professional service in English
- Maintain hygiene and HACCP standards at the bar
Requirements
- — Male or female candidates currently residing outside the UAE
- — Valid passport with minimum 12 months validity
- — Minimum 1 year barista experience in a café or hotel
- — Conversational English
- — Willing to relocate on a 2-year contract
