Dubai Tourist Visa 2026: Types, Costs and the Fastest Way In
Visiting the UAE has never been easier — or had more options. Here is the 2026 reality of every tourist visa, what it costs, how long it lasts, and which one is right for you.
Visa-on-arrival (no application needed)
GCC nationals: free entry. Passport holders from 87 countries — including the EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore — get a free visa stamp on arrival valid for 30 or 90 days depending on nationality.
Pre-arrival e-Visa (for everyone else)
- 30-day single entry — AED 350 + service fees. Extendable once for 30 days inside the UAE.
- 60-day single entry — AED 650. Best value for longer holidays.
- 30-day multi-entry — AED 650. For travellers planning multiple Gulf trips.
- 60-day multi-entry — AED 1,100.
- 5-year multi-entry tourist visa — AED 1,250. Stay up to 90 days per visit, extendable to 180 days per year. Effectively a long-term flexible-residency lite. Hugely popular.
Transit visas
48-hour transit: free, sponsored by your airline. 96-hour transit: AED 50, application via Emirates/Etihad.
Cruise and yacht visas
Group visas arranged via the cruise operator, valid for the duration of the port call.
