## Who Can Nominate & Who Qualifies

You must be a **UAE resident** with a valid Emirates ID to nominate. You **cannot nominate other UAE residents** — the programme is strictly for tourists flying in from abroad.

## Step-by-Step: How to Nominate

1. **Register before they fly.** Visit the official Visit Dubai portal, open *A Dubai Invite → Nominate your visitors*, and complete the eligibility check with your Emirates ID number, date of birth, gender and email.

2. **Submit visitor details.** You will need each visitor's full name, passport details and expected arrival date before they land in Dubai.

3. **Wait for confirmation.** The platform sends a confirmation with the welcome card details and redemption instructions.

4. **Arrive by October 31, 2026.** Nominated visitors must land in Dubai on or before this date to redeem the perks.

5. **Redeem on arrival.** The visitor presents the digital card at partner hotels, restaurants and attractions.
